Account "home territory" (or server) and the Underworld / Favor fo the Gods??
Hi!
I'm currently building a team for Fow / Underworld runs, and I'm wondering, now that european players can join the america district, can they enter the underworld / foe with me? Or do I have to check if their "home territory" is the same as mine? How can someone check what their "home territory" is? Can different players from EU and US compete in GvG if I invite them to my guild? Thanks! Lachinois |

Yes they can enter with you as long as they are in your party. The regions borders have been erased now. You can freely travel to all of them or most. Just decide with your friends which district to meet in, form a party and head on down.
I believe on the character selection screen you can see you home district. And yes on the GvG question too. Last edited by EmptySkull; Aug 05, 2008 at 02:54 PM // 14:54.. |

The whole "home territories/HoH" thing for favor was erased a long time ago. You can enter FoW/UW if the world has been granted. Not a region now, the world. The world will be granted 60 minutes of favor if 20 titles are maxed out worldwide, by anyone, within an hour. For every following title maxed while we have favor, we get another 3 minutes. It no longer matters which home territory you have, as you can choose to go to a district in another country. (Ex: American player can go to a Euro dis to play with some friends there.)
We currently have favor, and have had it for about the past 7 months since a SS/LB rep weekend back in January. |

The only real difference now, is the ping you may get in a particular region. If you as an 'america' player wish to join up with european players, you may want to travel to different regions, including the International districts, to see where you get the best overall ping for every one involved.

Wow!!!!
I knew this site was a good place for information, but really, I did not expect such quality answers in such a short time(!). Thanks for all the help, now its really clear to me! Right now one of my friends from the EU it playing with me on an american district and he is getting an avg. of 500ms ping, I guess its reasonable. Thanks! Lachinois |
